The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm by President John Farmer followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. There were 19 members and 3 visitors in attendance.

Secretary’s Report :
• Minutes of the January report was read and approved.

Treasurer’s Report :
• Wayne Fox presented the report. The expenses were the club bought a Dell computer projector for the Ham classes, the club’s annual insurance premium was paid.

Trustee’s Report :
• Harold Davis said that the heaters are working on the cans and some of the heat is flowing upwards to the rest of the repeater.

ARES Report :

The meeting was called to order at 7:03pm by Vice-President Dennis Gilbey followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. There were 17 members and 4 visitors in attendance.

Secretary’s Report :
• Minutes of November’s report and the Christmas dinner was read and approved.

Treasurer’s Report :
• Wayne Fox presented the report. The expenses from the Christmas dinner were $158.16 for Pizza, $18.75 for drinks, and $30.50 for salad. Other expenses were $67.36 for three Gordon West books. Sold two, have one left.

Trustee’s Report :
• Harold Davis commented that the repeater is winterized.

The annual HCARS Christmas dinner and election of officers for the year 2013 was held at the Hendricks County Government Building in Danville, IN. Pizza, salad, drinks, and snacks were provided by the club. 16 members and some spouses, families were in attendance.

The dinner started at 6pm with the meeting at 7:05pm. Cub President John Farmer called the meeting to order with the Pledge of Allegiance.

• Wayne Fox presented the report. There was no expenses for the month to report. Paid up members 2012-2013 can attend this year’s Christmas dinner, which is being held at the govt. building in Danville, at 6pm. Date is December 10.
